    INSTITUTIONS POLICY COMMITTEE

    NOMINEES INFORMATION

    BEN GROCE-
My name is Ben Groce and I belong to Local 573 located in Medical Lake.  I am a Journeyman Electrician at Consolidated Support Services that maintains Eastern State Hospital, Lakeland Village and Westlake. I have been involved with our union and was a member of the Skilled Labor and Trades Committee the past couple of years.  Not only am I concerned about the Trades but also with the issues for all the bargaining members.

    DAVE GREENMAN-
I have been proud to be on the last two bargaining teams. Most of all of my WFSE sisters and brothers who participated in the process by making phone calls, sending emails, and so much more. By all of us working together we made significant gains like never before! With the experience I have gained I will continue to fight and support all of you! Please support me in my election to the next team.

    GABE HALL-
Hello, my name is Gabe Hall. I'm a 23-year employee of Green Hill School, and I have served as my Local's President for the last 18 years. I'm on the Statewide Executive Board; Statewide Grievance Committee; DCYF, RA and JR UMCC's. I've been on every contract negotiation team except one, and have always fought to get the best contract we could. I'm asking for your vote so I can help make our contract better.

    RICK HERTZOG-
I have been privileged to be on the last three bargaining teams. We've made great gains on each of them, but there is so much more to do. While a large percentage of our members have received substantial increases in their wages, some have been left behind and we need to correct that. If re-elected to the 21-23 bargaining team, I will do my best to correct that while we work to get the best contract for as many members as possible.  Thank You.  Rick Hertzog

    PAUL WRAY-
Just a little bit about me; I am a 35-year State Service Employee, currently work at SCC on McNeil Island for the past 14 years. I think I would be a good asset to the bargaining tables, with ideas and concerns of valued co-workers and State employees as a whole.  New employees and their fresh ideas and concerns I feel would be very beneficial.

    MIKE YESTRAMSKI-
I am a social worker at WSH. I will fight for members across all job classes. I will be accountable to all our members. I successfully bargained and organized in a RTW environment in Maryland, with an unfriendly to labor Governor. Lead shop steward of Local 793, which has over 2000 members. Previous bargaining team member of AFSCME Council 3 in Maryland. Council 28 Executive Board member, LPAC Chair, Progressive Caucus Chair, Organizing Committee member.
